Clear safeguards for every CIPD order

We evaluate each refund request carefully so you always know how your investment is protected when working with Skillvante.

Eligibility

Refunds may be granted when we are unable to deliver according to the confirmed order requirements or when production has not yet begun.

Partial refunds

We may approve partial refunds when:

  • Only part of the work has been delivered.
  • Significant delays occur due to internal issues.
  • Revisions fail to address agreed requirements after multiple rounds.

Non-refundable situations

  • Incomplete or misleading instructions are provided.
  • Deadline extensions are requested by the client.
  • Delivered work is misused in breach of academic policies.
  • Revision requests introduce new requirements or contradict prior approvals.

How to request a refund

Contact billing@academicpro.com within 14 days of delivery. We may request supporting evidence such as tutor feedback or annotated briefs. Approved refunds are processed through the original payment method within 7–10 business days.

Chargebacks

Please speak with us before submitting a chargeback. Unsupported chargebacks may lead to account suspension and the recovery of outstanding balances.
